What else do I need?
You need to ensure you have a spot for the pots which gets sunshine for a good part of the day, as bulbs won’t thrive in shade.
We supply enough bulbs to fill 5 x pots 23-27cm in diameter. These are readily available in DIY shops or online. Whichever pots you choose to buy, whether is be plastic or something fancier, make sure they have drainage holes at the bottom.
You’ll need a compost suitable for containers, such as John Innes No 2 and some crocks, pottery shards or pebbles for the bottom of the pots to keep the holes from being clogged up by the compost.
