Double daffodils offer something a little more unusual with their pompom-like flowers. This one has big flowers (up to 10cm across) so it is very showy, and it has a lovely soft colouring - with an outer band of creamy lemon, surrounding a frilly darker yellow centre, which pales to ivory-white as the flowers age. It's impressive in the border and the vase.
