Delivery
Spring bulb collections are dispatched from September onwards.
Summer bulb collections are dispatched from March onwards.
We accept orders before this point, but due to the seasonal nature, we only send products at the correct planting time. You can be sure that when they arrive, the planting time is correct.
Domestic
Delivery is free within the UK. We mainly use the Royal Mail, but for larger packages we use a number of other shipping companies, which very depending on the weight of the item. All are products are sent with tracking.
International (European Union)
Delivery to countries within the EU is £12.95. We mainly use the Royal Mail, but for larger packages we use a number of other shipping companies, which very depending on the weight of the package and location. All are products are sent with tracking.
Returns & Refunds
To ensure you receive the best quality bulbs, we will ship your bulbs when they are ready for planting. We therefore advise you to plant the bulbs as soon as possible after receipt.
Bulb & Bloom takes responsibility for the gardening elements within control. Since we have no control over the weather, critters, sunlight, moisture and regional factors that may impact the growth of flower bulbs in your garden, we cannot guarantee that your flower bulbs will grow under all conditions.
In the rare instance that there is something wrong with the items you've received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature of our products, we ask you to e-mail us as soon as possible to arrange a return or replacement.
